To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud Posse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of Atmos Pro.

Cloud Posse may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that Cloud Posse believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.
