Prompt alerts and a complete release summary
Open Account Settings → Notifications to follow a repository and select the stacks or components you own. Add multiple targets from the searchable inventory, then edit, enable, disable, or remove each rule. Wildcards such as
payments/* are optional.Choose independently:
- Deployment failures, selected by default. A failure sends promptly, even when another instance is waiting for approval.
- Successful deployments, optional notifications for successful apply or remediation runs.
- Release summaries, sent when all enabled instances in a release reach a terminal state. See what passed, failed, was cancelled, or was skipped, including inconclusive results.
You can combine immediate alerts and release summaries. Emails include only the instances your subscriptions match, with the commit, branch or release reference, recorded workflow outcome, and links to investigate.
Keep the team informed
Exception and deployment emails include Set up in Slack, linking to channel subscription settings. Slack subscriptions remain independent of your personal email preferences.
Deployment emails support mail-client one-click unsubscribe. The email link stops deployment emails for that repository while preserving exception and Slack settings. New subscriptions apply to future outcomes; they do not replay historical deployments.
Untagged deployments use the branch and commit in their terminal summary. Plan-only previews do not send a deployment summary.
